AVN Hydraulik A/S, part of the AVN Group, has become an authorised service partner of UK-based electric tug manufacturer, MasterMover. The partnership will see AVN Hydraulik provide after-sales support and maintenance services across MasterMover’s full range of electric tug solutions in Denmark.

The collaboration strengthens MasterMover’s global strategy, enabling customers in Denmark to benefit from best-in-class service and support. MasterMover’s innovative MultiLink technology can also be used to move heavier loads, by synchronising the use of multiple electric tugs, operated by a single operator via remote control.

The company offers pedestrian operated, remote control and fully autonomous  AGV  solutions to customers across industrial manufacturing, retail and logistics, around the world.

With an enviable range of industrial manufacturing customers in Denmark, the partnership with AVN
Hydraulik enables MasterMover to develop its after-sales offering in the region. Having already worked extensively with the team at AVN Hydraulik to support key account customers in Denmark, the official collaboration was an effective next step.

After signing an official agreement on a visit to Denmark, Global Service Delivery Manager Tom Cross noted “This official collaboration was an easy decision for MasterMover as AVN always have the customer at the forefront of their business and have invested in regional MasterMover parts stock and training for existing service engineers. Together we have developed processes to ensure our mutual customers receive the service they expect, and the future partnership will support our growth in Denmark.”

Serving an extensive customer-base across manufacturing and wind energy, Brøndby-based AVN Hydraulik is a certified partner of Parker Hannifin, Bosch Rexroth and Alfa Laval products in Denmark, providing best-in-class hydraulic, pump, spare parts and service support.

"We have a positive dialogue with MasterMover and have experienced progress in the last few months, where the collaboration has grown. We have used each other as sparring partners and developed together, which makes us better equipped to support our customers." Commented Thomas Nielsen, Regional Key Account Manager
