Compact range – up to 3,000kg

Our Compact range of electric tugs are built for the everyday material handling that keeps manufacturing, retail, logistics, and food & beverages operations moving. Think loaded or nested roll cages, kitting trolleys, stillages, trailers, and carts; the loads that get pushed and pulled by hand, too often leading to preventable injuries.

Small but mighty, our Compact electric tugs allow a single operator to move up to 3,000kg with total control, to streamline your material handling processes and eliminate manual handling risks. Designed for safer, controlled movement of loads whilst protecting your staff, our Compact tugs are built to be small and manoeuvrable – ideal for threading loads through tight spaces and positioning awkward equipment precisely.

Performance range – up to 70,000kg

As loads get heavier, the challenge of moving them becomes more complex; balancing manoeuvrability across congested sites with traction, durability, and control.

Our Performance range of electric tugs handle the load moving that is complex and risky – too much for traditional handling equipment to cope with; taking on the heavy-duty loads weighing up to 70,000kg, ideal for industrial manufacturing, foundries, energy, and heavy assembly sectors.

This is where a single operator can take on loads that would traditionally call for a crane, forklift, and a whole team, and instead move them with one heavy-duty machine. These tugs are engineered for the toughest environments: rough flooring, outdoor yards, slopes, and relentless round-the-clock use.

Ultra range – up to 300,000kg

Some loads are simply too large or heavy for one machine to handle, and risk damage when shunting with forklift trucks. Move the impossible with our Ultra range of electric tugs, powered by our patented MultiLink technology which connects and synchronises up to four high-capacity PowerSteered tugs so they work in unison as a single system.

Each machine receives continuous instructions to apply balanced, equal traction which means that one operator can move loads up to 300,000kg with an intuitive remote control – no twisting, no flexing, just precision movement of high-value loads.

Ultra solutions are purpose-built for the loads that are hardest to move: long components that need support at several points to prevent flexing, awkward assemblies that need to rotate or crab in different directions to fit into tight bays, and high-value assets where risk of damage just isn't an option. Four built-in steer modes give operators complete control and freedom of movement, with bespoke steer options available for anything more specialist.
