Do I need OSHA training for electric tuggers?

We provide everything needed to run and document the training, including:

Do you offer refresher training?

Yes, we offer refresher electric tugger operator training to ensure that processes and staff remain safe with continued adoption rates, as well as avoiding misuse of the machines. We would recommend carrying out refresher training when: staff or environments change; new tuggers are added to the fleet; if there has been has been an accident or near-miss; and to reinforce good practice.

What does the training cover?

Training sessions vary slightly depending on the machine model being used, but each session aims to cover familiarization of the following:

• Machine & features overview
• Pre-operation checks
• How to safely move a load (demonstrated on your load & application)
• Correct coupling
• Correct charging & battery management
• On-going maintenance

How many people can be trained?

Training options are available for groups of up to 10 people and can be arranged to cover shift patterns and weekend work.
