Yes, any data collected through MasterConnect is stored securely. We work with suppliers that use industry-leading practices and encryption on all communication between users and electric tuggers.
All data is encrypted, access-controlled, and hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure. Data is stored on secure servers located in Germany.
Users access this data via a secure online dashboard available on desktop and mobile. Users can view live information, usage history, and machine alerts all in one place.
MasterConnect tracks key operational data such as position, traction hours, battery level, and key switch hours.
MasterConnect provides real-time machine and usage alerts, such as low battery and charging issues, geofence* entries, and many other activities. These alerts can be viewed on the dashboard or sent directly via email and push notification.
*Geofences are virtual boundaries that can be set around defined locations, such as factories and facilities. MasterConnect sends automatic alerts when an electric tugger enters or leaves a geofenced area, improving security and control.
MasterConnect allows for operator permissions to be set by linking machine operation to authorized users or RFID tags. This ensures that only trained and approved operators can start up or move electric tuggers.
