MasterMover puts office furniture in the right environment
A MasterMover electric tugger is playing a key role in moving exclusive office furniture between manufacturing and assembly environments to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of the factory between key processes.
The manufacturer has specified a MasterMover SM100 for their plant based in Germany.
The machine has been supplied by MasterMover GmbH complete with standard cable coupling.
Markus Schubert, Director of MasterMover GmbH, said “The manufacturer was looking for a replacement for their current tugger which had issues with connecting to the trolleys and often lost traction.”
The lever mechanism ensures a secure coupling to the load, making the SM100 a safer alternative to manual handling of heavy wheeled objects, even on slopes or in busy areas.
The SM100 is a battery electric powered tugger which allows a single operator to easily move loads weighing up to 1,100 lbs around production zones and into the paint shop.
Markus added, “It is the perfect match for the manufacturer’s comprehensive environmental standards, due to its emission-free, low noise operation.”
