Regional Sales Manager


MasterMover Inc is a leading provider of innovative material handling solutions, including electric tugs and pushers, designed to help our customers move heavy loads safely and efficiently. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, customer visits, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
  • Work closely with the product development team to identify customer needs and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote MasterMover and its products.


  • Qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the material handling industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region.
