Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Charlotte, NC

MasterMover Inc is a global leader in material handling solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their material handling needs, provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, and identify new market trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
