AUTOMATION AND TECHNOLOGY INSTALLATION ENGINEER

If so, MasterMover is looking to expand its Automation and Technology Installation department, as we look to continue to build on the success achieved with installing Automated Electric Tug solutions to our global customer base.

We are looking for a passionate, aspiring Automation and Technology Installation Engineer, with an innovative and practical mindset, to demonstrate, install and commission our driverless systems and complex bespoke machinery at customer sites, across the UK and Europe. Communicating effectively with the automation team, playing a key part in our continued success, you will assist in the design and development of new technologies.

In addition, you will carry out after sales support of installations, and train the end user on the safe use of the machinery.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in a similar customer facing role, and knowledge of electronic programming and robotics technology
• Hold relevant technical qualifications in robotics, automation, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Evidence the ability to manage automation projects in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate an extensive understanding around product and site application safety, the importance of customer interaction and effective communication
• Be flexible, with the ability to travel the UK and Europe, including some overnight stays
