Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: President
Location: Charlotte (North Carolina) – hybrid home / office working negotiable.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role focussed primarily on digital activities.
  • Fluent in English with superb written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 + years’ experience in a business-to-business marketing role promoting an industrial / engineered product or service
  • Highly competent with SEO and PPC tools / techniques along with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords and other paid search platforms
  • Ability to create imaginative and engaging marketing messages
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain pace and direction across multiple marketing activities concurrently
  • Confident user of software tools including Office 365, Adobe, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Slack and Trello

MasterMover design and manufacture machines and robots that push and pull heavy things around. For the businesses that use them, our machines help keep their staff safe and ensure that productivity and efficiency is maximized.

The role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to help spread the word. Using all of the digital tools available, you will be tasked with placing the MasterMover brand in front of a highly specific targeted audience. Working with colleagues around the world you will create and deliver engaging materials that help the customer to connect our capabilities with the problems they’re looking to solve. You’ll also help us to leverage existing customer relationships to fuel the further adoption of MasterMover technologies across their business. The final piece of the jigsaw is to work with sales partner marketing teams across North America to create collaborative marketing initiatives that further expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

With an overarching focus on new lead generation:

  • Create and deliver sector specific marketing campaigns across all social media channels
  • Create and manage marketing automations
  • Create and deliver sector / territory specific marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales partners to create and deliver joint marketing initiatives
  • Ensure sales partners have access to MasterMover specific marketing materials and that they follow brand guidelines
  • Write and publish engaging content to support SEO objectives
  • Connect with new customers, checking that they’re satisfied with the product and service and exploring any opportunities for collaborative marketing
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team based in the United Kingdom
  • Adapt centrally created marketing materials so that they’re suitable for use in the North American region
  • Use all available analysis tools to assess the effectiveness and reach of marketing activities
  • Seek to continuously change and improve marketing activities to achieve better results
