Part-time Telemarketer (German speaking)

Job Specification

Speaking to prospective customers on the telephone, and support the Sales team by generating and providing them with leads and making follow-up calls as necessary.

Key Tasks

  • Make outbound calls to German based businesses.
  • Build solid customer relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Research, identify and grow a contact list of new business and target prospects.
  • Generate new leads.
  • Provide company information to prospects.
  • Answer client queries and objection handling.
  • Communicate potential new customers to the Sales team.
  • Update the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer information.
  • Work towards individual and team targets.
  • Work to all quality and safety standards of the business.
  • Attributes and Skills

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a telemarketer and/or a sales lead generation role.
    • Confident communication both written and oral, translating in German and English.
    • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, and attention to detail.
    • A professional and friendly manner, with ability to handle rejection.
    • Works well within a team, is results driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
    • Experienced in using CRM systems and email marketing packages.
    • Technical aptitude, computer literate, competent in using Microsoft Office.
