Job Specification

To provide excellent technical sales for our Asia customer base from enquiry through to order. Provide customers with product solutions advice, site evaluation, demonstrations and on-going technical account management.

Key Tasks

  • Work to achieve maximum sales within the assigned territory through developing new business prospects and expanding existing customer opportunities.
  • Conduct field support visits and travelling abroad when required.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and interpret their requirements accurately and respond in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make efficient use of MasterMover marketing materials, including presentations, video, case studies, photographs etc in communications with prospects.
  • Follow up by telephone on outbound direct mail and email marketing activities.
  • Carry out technical evaluations, providing customer with best fit solutions.
  • Demonstrate products using the appropriate medium available to you and support Sector Sales Partner network with demonstrations of physical product.
  • Carry out application evaluations, collecting accurate data on the customer site according to MasterMover requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to the Sector Sales Partner network in the region.
  • Continuous pipeline management and forecast to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain sound knowledge of the benefits and features of MasterMover products against our competitor products.
  • Follow all prescribed operating safety procedures and work to all quality and safety standards of the business.
  • Ensure that customer information is entered and maintained correctly on the company systems, including customer relationship management and Apps.
  • Attributes and skills

    • Ideally 10 Years’ experience in technical engineering sales, ideally field sales.
    • Good understanding of the sales process, utilise ‘best practice’ sales techniques and ability to maximise sales opportunities.
    • An appropriate technical engineering qualification or equivalent.
    • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication.
    • Results driven, enthusiastic and motivated.
    • Friendly and positive appearance with excellent presentation and the confidence to engage and interact with a wide range of audiences, and build solid relationships.
    • Flexibility and ability to travel internationally as this role will involve managing and developing sales partner networks in China, Hong Kong, and South-East Asia.
    • Extremely organised with good time management skills, forward planner and able to prioritise workload.
    • Remuneration

      Competitive + On Target Earnings
      8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 2pm Friday (flexibility required)
