To be a huge part of our continued success, we are looking for a highly organised self-starter with extensive knowledge of ERP software to own and manage the integration, maintenance and development of Epicor across the business.
We are on a mission to drive safety and efficiency, and maintaining our high level of business efficiencies, to guarantee outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth-running of the organisation, is crucial!
If you have proven, successful experience as an ERP Manager, and believe in the power of communication and organisation to implement, develop, run and monitor ERP systems, and resolve issues effectively, then we’d really like to hear from you…
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing the detailed timing and task plans, ensuring delivery objectives are met on time
- Analysing the business processes and linkages to translate them into configuration requirements for the Epicor environment
- Maximising consistency in the business processes in the UK and subsidiaries overseas
- Leading the preparation of data sets, providing a seamless transfer to Epicor
- Setting up, managing and maintaining ongoing end user training
- Identifying and driving business process development, end user support and enhancement testing
- Configuring workbenches and BI reports as required by the business
- Solving resourcing and process related problems
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven success as an ERP Manager, in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
- Be a strong decision maker with a results-driven approach to work
- Evidence self-motivation, along with the ability to manage and motivate others

Who we are looking for…
We are on the hunt for an experienced results driven digital marketing executive who is skilled in using LinkedIn for outreach, email / SEO strategies to engage potential customers to promote the MasterMover brand and product offering.
Focussed on winning new business and driving the marketing strategy forward, you will take ownership of promoting and driving the MasterMover brand into UK businesses.
You will be a tech savvy, self-starter, goal orientated and winner of new business! Hungry to apply your digital marketing skills to help get the attention of decision makers and influencers in a variety of different sectors. You will have laser accuracy in terms of targeting prospects and can appreciate the benefit of understanding your audience and their online habits. Keen to understand MasterMover solutions and individual applications, you will have the initiative and foresight to identify every commercial opportunity, utilizing the digital marketing tools available to you.
