To play a key role in driving global growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and engage with prospective customers across our target market in Japan.
As a motivated and highly resilient self-starter with excellent communication skills, you will represent MasterMover and our products and services. You will deliver a positive and professional first engagement with prospective customers, both through inbound enquiry response and outbound prospecting activities, via channels such as telephone, email and social.
We are on a mission to drive safety and efficiency, to ensure people and organisations are empowered with the right tools to move heavy, high-value and large items and are equipped for growth!

Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound enquiries from our website, social media and email
- Handling enquiries and leads professionally and efficiently to drive sales pipeline generation
- Driving outbound prospecting activities across telephone primarily, supported by social media, email and as part of integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensuring data accuracy and logging completed and future activities
- Liaising with the wider marketing team as part of campaigns, reaching out to target prospects
- Generating leads and opportunities to accurately handover to the sales team
- Gathering qualification information from prospects to support the provisioning of the appropriate product information
The successful candidate will:
- Be bi-lingual; able to converse in Japanese and English
- Show a passion for building a career in a sales-orientated role
- Display a positive, energetic attitude and a desire to succeed
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, both verbally and in writing
- Evidence a proactive outlook with strong resilience
