Taking the opportunity to showcase
their market leading range of compact pedestrian operated tugs on a bespoke designed stand of much larger proportions than previous years, the investment in the event was significant and one that has proved highly successful. MasterMover® was the only company to exhibit a dedicated range of pedestrian operated tugs and the quality and breadth of the products has confirmed their status as the leading player in the sector.
Taking centre stage and creating a stir by demonstrating the removal of caged loads from a truck tail lift to the floor of the stand, was MasterMover’s® brand new SM60 Roll cage mover. Such was the interest that this new model generated the most leads each day of the show.
The SM60 is a modern tool, designed particularly for the convenience retail sector, which transfers caged loads from truck tail lift to supermarket loading areas.
With this sector typically having limited space, the compact SM60 has the ability to pull loads of up to 600kg easily across uneven surfaces in confined spaces, with no resulting jarring for the operator. With such outstanding productivity unload times are curtailed and congestion at the store is dramatically reduced.
Moreover, the SM60 is so compact – comparable in size to a domestic vacuum cleaner – that it can be sited either on the truck, where it has its own on-board charger – or in the store cupboard at the supermarket.
So far over 200 units are at work in the field with Britain’s major supermarkets. Other products on display included the MasterTug and MasterPusher, flagship models designed to pull, push and steer wheeled loads from 500Kg – 64000kgs, as well as the MasterHandler and MasterTidy Bags.
The exhibition has, without doubt, created extensive interest in the complete range of products and a number of products were sold from the stand.
