MasterMover® International Ltd are the award-winning market leaders in the design and manufacture of pedestrian operated, patented electric tug units.
Manufactured in the UK, the MasterMover® range consists of over 25 products capable of pulling and pushing any wheeled or semi-wheeled load between 50 - 64,000kgs reducing health and safety issues related to manual handling whilst increasing productivity.
MasterTug units made an impact in two parts of the Bentley Motor car production plant at its Crewe site. MasterMover were initially used to move cars through its paint spraying operation. After the successful introduction of MasterMover units to this part of the production process, Bentley asked MasterMover to look at its testing cells where the engine needed to be pulled from one cell to another. The introduction to this area of production has also had a positive impact on safety whilst improving productivity.
